1st Spacebounce 2vs2 tournament
The following rules will be regularly reviewed to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the Tournament. Any changes will be communicated. Tournament administrators have the final decision in any matter.

Participation
- All players have to be registered on the forum to participate
- Teams consists of 2 players.
- Have respect and fair play with each other and the opponents
Tournament system
- Tournament consists of a group stage and playoffs
- The number of groups and number of teams in each group depends on the number of registered teams.
- One of the following systems will be used:
• 10 teams – 2 groups, top 2 teams go to semifinals
• 12 teams – 4 groups, top 2 teams go to quarterfinals
• 16 teams – 4 groups, top 2 to go to quarterfinals.

Group stage system
- Each team will score points based on the outcome of the match:
- Win: 3 points
- Draw: 1 point
Group match system:
• Lag-test / half-time: 1 minute maximum to deal with any connection issues
• Regular: 2 halfs of 6 minutes (12 minutes in total)
• No overtime.
Group standings sorting is based on (top to bottom):
• Head-to-head record will be reviewed at the end of the group stage when teams end with equal amount of points.
Play-off system
• Lag-test / half-time: 1 minute maximum to deal with any connection issues

- Overall goal difference
- Overall goals scored
- Head-to-head points
- Head-to-Head goals scored

Play-off system
- Each play-off stage consist of at least 2 games.
- If both teams win one game, third game will decide.
- All 3 games should be played in one day. (One after one)
Playoff Match System:
- Lag-test / half-time: 1 minute maximum to deal with any connection issues
- Regular: 2 halfs of 6 minutes (12 minutes in total)
- Overtime: If a match is a draw after 14 minutes, golden goal situation will follow to determine winner
Match settings (group & playoff)
- Regular: No score limit, 6 minutes time limit
- Matches are played on the SpaceBounce v1 by Geheim
- Teams exchange red/blue sides after each half
- Matches will always be played 2 vs 2
- When the host is also playing, the host needs to put a ping handicap ('/handicap') corresponding to the lowest ping of the opposite team or 100 if the lowest ping of the opposite team is higher than 100
- End-time goals only count when the match returns to kick-off
Match schedule:
- After team registration is closed fixtures will be announced.
- Each team will have specified number of games to play in given time.
- Exact day and time of matches will be agreed by captains.
- A match is allowed to start maximal 15 minutes after the fixed scheduled time. After 15 minutes team which didnt appear is gulity of delay.
- Make sure to have a host available at the fixed scheduled times.
Delays:
If captains failed to schedule game tournament administrators will decide to:
- Give 0 points to both teams (if both teams are guilty of delay)
- Give a deflose to one team ( if one team guilty of delay )
- Give additional time to play the games.
Match submissions:
- Both captains must record the game (If there is no recording, game must be replayed)
- The captain of the team that has won the match must post the match submission. If a match is not submitted after 4 days, the match will be counted as not valid and both teams will get 0 points.
- Mach submissions must consists score, numer of goals scored by each player, replay on haxrec.com or 0x0c.tk/r3plays
Connection / Ping / Lag / Lag-goals:
- Each player is responsible for his own connection
- If there are lag issues, this is either due to:
- Host connection - in this case all players in the room will have lag. Whilst this is not ideal, because all players lag nobody is at an disadvantage
- Player connection - in this case only the player will have lag. The player must look to resolve his own connection issues and only he is responsible.
- When a player has a first ping higher than 250 or second ping higher than 300, the match is allowed to be paused to resolve the player's lag. Any other lag is not being seen as lag, and is therefore not allowed to pause for.
- Lag-goals: Every goal is counted, admins won't decide anything for lag goals. Captains can discuss about it and decide if null or not the lag goal.
Team registration
- Each team consists of two players
- Every team must have a captain and name
- Teams might have its colors and logo
- It is strongly recommended to have a good way to contact with your teammate ( skype / email / phone number / facebook)
Breach of Rules / Misconduct / Sanctions
- Spam is not accepted, if a player start spamming in the room, it is allowed to first kick him, then ban him in case of no stopping.
- In-game violations include:
- Kicking/banning a player or taking opposing team's admin rights away during games
- Playing on a different map than the three stated in these rules
- Pausing a match more than twice per period
- Stopping the game
- Playing a match with wrong match settings
- Sanction: breach of any of these violations shall be dealt with after the match
- Leaving the tournament during a season. Sanction: disallowed to play rest of the season and disallowed to play in next tournament.
- Using a fake name or taking a name of another player. Sanction: banned from the tournament and forum permanently
- Using a macro or other hack. Sanction: banned from the tournament and forum permanently
