How does the Draft look like?
The GMs know all the players who are interested in playing the season after Draft Signup period is closed. They have few days on deciding, making their Draft plans before it or whatever they want. The Draft order is on random.
In the beginning of the draft, each GM chooses 1 player in each round of the pre-season League Draft. Basically, in the 1st round are chosen the best players in the league by each GM and then these 1st round players are splitted to all teams - every GM has 1 choice in this (but also in each next) round. Later in the 2nd round, the 2nd picks for all GMs follow, but now its on vice-versa and the GM with the last pick in the previous Draft round has the 1st pick in the 2nd Draft round. After that 3rd Draft round, 4th Draft Round etc Till the last round.
Each team consist of 1 GM + 1st round player + 2nd round player + 3rd round player... + 6th round player in case of 7-man team rosters. The number of players for the team can be changed due to numbers of GMs and Free Agents. This allows mixing up the teams and will balance our league - making it more interesting and competitive, because captains want to choose, in the favour, the best player who are still possible in that particular round due to his/her stated activity, skills, attitude or relation to GM etc. Nobody will need to search players and scout and persuade them to play for his team. If you are just 1 player looking for a team, you just sign up for draft and wait on who will draft you.

I mean that all the best players (1st rounders) are picked... SO they are splitted to all teams and its not like Insigne, Gotze and Nick play in one team all. In each round 1 GM picks 1 player so basically each GM should have 1 elite player (1st round), 1 top player (2nd round), 1 over-average player (3rd round) etc.. But he can choose just over-average player as his 1st round because he likes him and this player has a good activity and is a good defender since that GM is full attacker. Depends on decisions by GMs.

Well, all of these mistakes or misunderstandings can be re-written by you so ppl can understand it better. I write it because I know how does it work... this is why I want your feedback on all topics, if they are understandable for all Draft newbies.

How does the Draft look like? Draft & General ManagerThe General Manager (GM - captain) should gain knowledge of all players who are interested in playing the season after the Draft Signup period has closed. The GMs have a few days to decide which players they are interested in, making their Draft plans or whatever they want to do for the Draft. The GMs Draft order is random. In the Draft, each GM chooses 1 player in each round of the Draft. What basically will happen: in the 1st round one of the best players of the league is chosen by each GM (meaning they are divided to all teams making the teams more equal). In the 2nd Draft round, the 2nd picks for all GMs follow, but now the Draft is vice-versa and the GM with the last pick in the previous Draft round gets the first pick in the 2nd Draft round. After that 3rd Draft round, 4th Draft Round until the last round. TeamsAt the end of the Draft, each team consists of 1 GM + 1st round player + 2nd round player + 3rd round player... + 6th round player in case of 7-man team rosters. The number of players for the team can be changed due to the number of GMs and Free Agents. This allows mixing up the teams and will balance our league - making it more interesting and competitive, because captains want to choose the best player who is still available in that particular round, considering his/her stated activity, skills, attitude and relation to GM among others. After the draft, any changes in the teams are allowed as Cuts, FA Claims, and Trades „player for player“ between the teams. See More.
